Establishment 4 Branch deals with the service matters of Inspector Grade 1 and Grade II. The service matters of Inspectors Grade I and Grade II are Governed by the Punjab Food & Supplies (Class III) Service Rule 1990 as well as the Punjab Civil Services Rules.
